Simple rules, fair to your time and ours.

Booking and paying

You choose your services at their published prices and pay online, by Mobile Money or card, when you book. Your time in the chair is then reserved for you. Hair priced by length, and services marked "At consultation", are priced with you at the studio before any work begins.

Moving or cancelling

• 24 hours or more before: move your appointment, or cancel for a full refund.
• Less than 24 hours before, or a missed appointment: we keep half of the payment for the time we held for you and refund the rest.

Arriving late

We hold your appointment for 15 minutes. After that we may need to shorten the service or move it, so that the next client is not kept waiting.

Your health, and patch tests

Please tell us about any allergy, pregnancy, scalp condition or medication before your service. For lashes, colour and some treatments we do a patch test at least 48 hours before. We may decline or change a service when it is not safe for your hair or your health, and we refund anything we cannot do.

If you are not happy

Tell us within 7 days of your visit and we will put it right at no cost. Services already carried out, and hair already installed, cannot be refunded, but we will always make it right.

Shop orders, delivery and returns

• Collect from the studio, or we deliver anywhere in Accra. The delivery fee is shown at checkout.
• Return anything unopened, unused and in its original packaging within 7 days for a refund or an exchange.
• For hygiene, opened hair and skin care, and hair bundles, units or frontals taken out of their seal, cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
• If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it.

The Hair Club

Membership renews each month. Cancel at any time before your next renewal and you will not be charged again; the month already paid is not refunded. Member savings apply while your membership is active.

Refunds

Refunds go back the way you paid, by Mobile Money or to your card, within 10 working days.

Photographs and reviews

We only photograph you, or share your photographs or your review, with your permission. A review shows your first name and initial only.

The legal part
